Best Student Papers
ANIMMA 2023 Best Student Papers Award
The ANIMMA conference has always put the spotlight on young people and in particular on students proposing a contribution.
For this ANIMMA edition again, the opportunity is given to students to participate in a competition for the best paper award.
Students wishing to participate must apply to the student best paper competition when registering for the conference.
To be able to participate, students must also:
- provide a copy of their student ID;
- be the first author of the paper;
- submit the full paper no later than May 15, last imperative deadline so that it can be appreciated by the jury.
The jury composed of a panel of reviewers will evaluate papers by the following criteria:
- Match with conference theme
- Originality
- Scientific impact / technical applicability
- Clarity of manuscript
- Readability of English
and will give a score per paper to obtain a ranking of all the papers in competition.
The 2 best papers will be announced during the Conference Gala dinner.
A certificate and a prize will be awarded to the winners.
Best Posters
ANIMMA 2023 Best Posters Award
For ANIMMA 2023, in line with previous conferences in this series, delegates are being given the opportunity to enter a competition for the best poster awards.
All posters accepted for presentation at the conference and published at the meeting will be considered for one of 3 prizes: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
The awards will be made to the team authoring the poster, where there is not a sole author, and a representative of the team or the sole author where applicable must be in attendance at the conference to receive the award.
All posters presented at the conference will be considered by the poster award committee during the conference, and judged on the basis of:
- Scientific rigour
- Novelty of the content and
- Quality and clarity of the presentation of the poster.
The three (3) best posters will be announced during the Conference Gala dinner.
A certificate and a prize will be awarded to the author or representatives of each of the winning author teams at the conference, for each of the awards.
