Abstract Submission

Authors are invited to submit their abstracts electronically via the conference website. Oral and poster contributions are welcome within the ANIMMA 2023 Conference Scope covered by broad field of research applications.

Abstract, in English only, must be self-contained, between 300 and 1000 words long. Abstract is not containing any abbreviations, footnotes, or references. It should be a microcosm of the full article. Your abstract must be written as one paragraph and should not contain displayed mathematical equations or tabular material. Ensure that your abstract reads well and is grammatically correct. When submitting an abstract for your original research, it is important to state the primary objective and offer any tested hypotheses. Describe your research design and methodology and accurately state the following: the methods and procedures you employed, the main outcomes and results, and the conclusions that might be drawn from these data and results. Include any implications for further research or application/practice. During the submission, research application fields most closely associated with the author’s work should be selected. Further, please indicate whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation. Last but not least, in the Summary field please highlight the most important findings of your research with maximum length of 100 words.

Authors are requested to submit abstracts, no later than November 14th, 2022.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted abstracts will be classified as either oral or poster contributions. Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to each author.

Call for abstract is now over. If you have any inquiries please contact us at: conference@animma.com.

Publications

Two Publication levels

For every conference contribution, a full paper should be submitted for the ANIMMA 2023 Conference Proceedings. The main benefit of the Conference Proceedings lies in the timely release of the information (before the end of 2023), still including a quality review of all manuscripts. Only full papers (4-8 p.) are eligible for publication in the Conference Proceedings. The Conference Proceedings will be officially published through EPJ Web of Conferences, with a specific ISBN number.

Additionally, like at previous ANIMMA conference editions, a special IEEE TNS issue will be devoted to the ANIMMA 2023 conference, for which extended conference contributions of longer lasting value can be submitted. Only papers that contain sufficient additional information compared to contributions to the conference proceedings can be considered for publication in IEEE TNS. The content of the articles for the TNS publication must meet the level of scrutiny by scientific review, and publication is not guaranteed for the TNS submission.

The Conference Proceedings and TNS are two separate publications. Submission to one does not imply submission to the other. For any questions about the TNS Special Issue, please contact Gian Franco Dalla Betta, by email gianfranco.dallabetta@unitn.it.
